Charming old and fantastic place! Great-sized and newly remodelled unit with a very comfortable bed, smart staff.

We spent a good time here, recommend to anyone. Greatly enjoyed our double room, it was modern and compact. The staff was affable and smart, as well as host. The hotel was in a central setting close to the centre of town.

I had a relaxing stay at Sutherland House during my vacation. the staff was pleasant and accommodating. - the location is marvelous, just off the center and harbor with shops and restaurants nearby. - It was easy to get to Oban Phoenix Cinema from the hotel.

The friendly staff here always went out of their way to assist, and the great location close to restaurants made it even better.

Only had time for a quick 3-night stay but everything was spot on! 🌟 the perfect spot right by the water made it a breeze to check out all the cool stuff around.

The place was clean

We loved the standard king room. the staff were very helpful and active, an absolute pleasure. - Perfect central location close to town centre, restaurants, and ferry terminal. - Had tea and goodies at Kronks deli, just 11 km away from the hotel. - Stunningly beautiful view. - Lively bar - everything was perfectly fine.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident in the well-maintained rooms, which offer a great view of the surrounding area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

Found a hidden gem in the city. The room was a great size and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city and finding places to eat. The view from the room was stunning and made for an enjoyable stay.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, as we were only able to leave our car overnight in a public car park. a small inconvenience, but definitely something to consider when traveling by car.

The Sutherland Guest House was the perfect base for our stay in Oban. the central location and pleasant view over the bay made it ideal for business travelers. the room was comfortable and had ample storage, with a spacious en-suite that was cleaned daily. the proximity to car parks and a pub right next door added to the convenience.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they provided valuable tips on dining and activities.
